2016년, 부산에서 키요라는 이름으로 현재까지 작업 중입니다.

기억과 정서를 표현한 추상적인 오브제와 

단지 쓰임과 쓰여지는 풍경을 좇는 일상의 기물을 만들고 있습니다.

'나에게 도자기는 단촐한 구성의 클래식 음악과 같다.'는 마음으로.

시리즈를 기획하거나 특별한 메세지 없이 

쓰임이 있는 도자기와 같이 당연하고 자연스러운 

아름다움을 취향것 빚습니다.

KIYO has been working in Busan since 2016. 

Her practice explores abstract objects that convey memory and emotion, alongside functional ceramics that reflect the quiet beauty of everyday use. 

She approaches clay with the belief that “ceramics are like classical music composed in simplicity.” Without adhering to particular themes or messages, she shapes works that embody natural, effortless beauty— vessels that feel as familiar and essential as the moments they accompany.
